Chocolate Ice Cream is a universally favorite dairy dessert, which often is loved by many children.
It is usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, and often combined with fruits or other ingredients and flavors. Most varieties contain sugar, although some are made with artificial sweeteners. In many instances, artificial flavorings and coloring are used in addition to the natural ingredients. This mixture is stirred slowly while cooling to prevent large ice crystals from forming and the desired result is a smoothly textured, delicious chocolate ice cream. Some universities even sell chocolate ice cream near the dormitories.
