White

White Chocolate is derived from chocolate. Cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids are used often in its production. The main difference between chocolate and white chocolate is that white chocolate does not contain cocoa solids. The cocoa butter is typically deodorized to neutralize the strong taste. Not to be confused with confectioner's coating or summer's coating.

The other more popular types of chocolate are Dark Chocolate and Milk Chocolate.
